Microblog to Multiple Services Simultaneously with Hellotxt
Can’t vouch for hellotxt, an Italian company, but this looks neat:
HelloTxt is an aggregate of microblogging services through which the user can insert their messages on all main microblogging services in a simply (sic) and simultaneous way.
